3.1 When you submit an order, you will be asked to confirm your delivery and billing information, agree to these Terms, and authorise payment.

3.3 Trial boxes may be offered at a discounted rate and are limited to one per household. Continued service will follow standard subscription pricing.
3.4 Products may differ slightly from images shown due to recipe or packaging updates.
4.1 You must register to place an order and keep your account details accurate and up to date.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
5.1 You must provide accurate information about your cat so we can recommend suitable food.

6.1 You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us.
6.2 To avoid being charged for the next shipment, changes must be made at least 1 working day before the next billing cycle.
6.3 You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel an order.
7.1 Prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes but exclude delivery charges.
7.2 We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.
7.3 If payment cannot be collected, we may retry for up to 30 days before cancelling the order.
8.1 We aim to dispatch first orders within 4 working days. Subscription boxes are sent monthly unless changed.

9.1 Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch.
9.2 If your box arrives damaged, email us with photos and your order details.

12.1 Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
